 Returns or exchange policy

Available in case of size Issue or defect article ( Unboxing video is mandatory for returns or exchange.

We are happy to accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. For that, all tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Items are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.

Reusable & protective face masks and Mists are our final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Item(s) can be exchanged for either the same item(s) in different sizes or another item of equal or more value. In case the replacement item(s) of a higher value, customers will be required to pay the price difference. In case of exchanging with a lower value product store credit will be issued.

Item(s) bought during clearance sale of 60% and above are not eligible for exchange.

The exchange request should be raised within 7 days of the items being delivered.

The Process

Step 1:

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice in the same way & condition it was delivered in.

Step 2:

Step 3:

Our team will schedule a pick-up which should take up to 3-5 working days. In case of a size exchange, once the original order is returned back to the warehouse and quality check is done, the replacement item(s) will be dispatched.
